    Site Upload Error

    I am having massive problems with site upload errors as per attachment.
    It can take up to 2 hours to complete an upload of my V16 test site (approx 5000 files) after numerous retries.
    The site is hosted on a third party SSL server (not SellerDeck).
    These problems do not occur during site refresh/uploads from V14 and I was wondering if others that have upgraded to V16 have experienced similar problems and would welcome any suggestions to alleviate these errors?

    We've upgraded to v16 and haven't experienced your problem...

    2 hours is a very long time for an upload
    - our's hangs at JSON for a few minutes and that seems like forever...

    From the error message, I would double check the disk quota with the host
    and ftp directly to see if the directories all "look" correct...

      Disk quota and Advanced Network Setup are the same as V14 which uploads without any problem except for V16 FTP Option Max Size of FTP Blocks (kB) is set at 1460 used by SellerDeck Support for upload test not the default 4. The host is adamant that the disk quota should be well sufficient.

      In developing the V16 site I have changed the design theme from a legacy layout upgraded continuously from Actinic V3/4, through V11 to V14 and decided to convert to a Smart Responsive Design theme for V16.

      Is your site configured to a Responsive design theme?

      I have checked FTP for the test site upload and the directories seem to be in order.

      The test site looks good but when I try to upload in Production Mode it is an absolute disaster displaying a mix of broken images, sitemap links etc.

      SellerDeck Support are aware of the upload problems I am having and I am awaiting for a response on this.

      Any further advice or suggestions here would be most welcome.

        We are also using legacy themes from Actinic, from at least v5 (could be earlier, but our first site was on a laptop which was stolen, and I managed to re-do the whole site in 1 evening and have it ready next morning's business... phew)

        As soon as Sellerdeck resolves current SQL performance issues,
        I will be getting into changing to responsive theme, so I could have the same problem as you.
