Shipping Address PayPal Error

All our customers are getting a PayPal error during the checkout process.



Has anybody else had this problem? we have just put the latest version of the software up so maybe a knock on effect from that? (16.0.3 RBUC)

Hi Sally,

I'm going to guess it's the 'Undefined' bit in the error message.

Are you sending anything in the 'state' field?

Elliott at JGlighting had the same problem here http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=57287 a month or so ago on 14.0.3. It might be worth sending him a PM to see if he got it resolved.

If customers don't enter correct details during a checkout - Paypal will deny them access from ordering.

Oh of course. I'd forgotten that when you upgrade to a newer version of Sellerdeck all manner of things get overwritten. All sorted now. Thanks Guys
