I don't quite understand how account creation is handled when PayPal Express is the payment method. For some customers accounts seem to be created without issue when Express is used, while for other who are convinced that they have created an account (entered a password & what not) don't seem to have one activated.
Do Express customers have to fill out the address / details fields manually before clicking into Express, or is the "create account" tick box enough before they move out / over to Express?
