Add to cart at section level?

Been scratching my head recently - is it possible to add to cart at section level?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You certainly used to be able to do it and it was fairly standard practice on previous versions.

Check the advanced user guide as the details used to be in their (I haven't looked in it for ages)
