Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709

One of our worksations just updated and we had an OCX error on booting...

Followed this thread and it's fixed it

Further problems... resolved.

Problem with downloading orders (we use the "pre-authorised" setting)...

Message:
Creation of the configuration control for Paypal Express Checkout failed

Enclosed images for the messages afterward.

This problem happens with Sellerdeck Payments and Paypal.

### Reinstalling Sellerdeck with the "repair" option resolved this problem ###

Note: At the window with : Abort / Retry / Ignore : choose "Abort"
- choosing "Ignore" will change the payment method and can't commit to the original payment method (eg. if it's 100 orders, need to manually check and enter for each order...)
- choosing "abort" will put the orders into PSP Pending
(eg. if it's 100 orders, it will initially go to PSP Pending, after repair install is done, next download will authorise them all the usual way - no need to manually check & enter for the 100 orders)

These problems occurred immediately following the Windows Update to 1709...

Our other machines (on 1703) did not have these problems
- they have deferred update so won't know if the Windows Update was the definite cause of the problem
