Does anyone use myemailonline.co.uk?

Client uses it with the mail server in Sellerdeck as barracuea.myemailonline.co.uk

But is getting blank emails sent out to them and to the customer from SD on orders being placed.

I have tested the site on my own shared hosting with localhost as normal and the emails are sent out correctly.

Has anyone any experience of this and/or how to fix it?

If it works on your server but not on their's then my guess would be it has to be their webserver.

Many webhosts block smtp ports out to prevent spam from their servers. This can sometimes be circumvented by using another port that the outgoing mail provider can use.

In fact noticed subsequent a typo in their server name! So well try fixing that first!
