Shipping to Algeria

Hi,

I have a customer wanting to purchase from my site http://www.airriflepump.com/
and to ship to Algeria. I looked at SellerDeck and Algeria was not in any shipping zone so I added it to 1 and set it as VAT/Tax-Free as well. When he comes to order he adds everything to the basket but when it asks for a State/County and he adds his in it says invalid and will not let him progress the order.

Has anyone come across this before?

If so is there anyway round it?
