Hi,
Is there a way to ban a customer by email or postcode or something from ordering on the website?

If you know their IP address you can add it to .htaccess
e.g.
order allow,deny
deny from [their IP address]
allow from all
It would not allow them to access the website. But it wouldn't stop them using a mobile, or tablet using 4G or a VPN.

Yeah,
This is to prevent previous fraud orders being able to order again.
Nothing we could put into sellerdeck anywhere to say "thisemail@thismail.com is prevented by ordering at all.or something like that.
Don't know the IP just the contact details.

You could write a little javascript routine to look at the postcode or email value in the form input before submitting.
See
https://www.w3schools.com/js/js_validation.asp
for the basic idea.
