Order Export - File/Field Definitions

I'm doing some work with the order export files and the SellerDeck main help is way out of date.

Does anyone have an up to date list of the file/field definitions?

I've got plenty of questions.... such as....

what are the Line Types in the orderlines file? SellerDeck help mentions 0 and 1 but I know 2 and 3 also exist. Are there any more?

What does the Status field in the orderlines file mean?

The Line Types are:
0 – Product
1 – Component
2 – Product adjustment
3 – Order adjustment
4 – Offline adjustment

The Status field is:
N = normal, C = cancelled , F = finished
