I've asked this before in a previous version but for some reason I can't seem to sort in this version18. OK, I'm missing something simple but help would be appreciated. I'm wishing to place a link in a Fragment using the LINK facility but I want it to open in a new tab and not replace the existing site page. The URL I'm entering is http://www.mendiphillsaonb.org.uk and the Link text is: Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Set the URL to be:

http://www.mendiphillsaonb.org.uk" target="_blank

The mismatched double quotes are deliberate. SellerDeck will put an href="...." attribute around above line and that will balance them out.
