Terms and Conditions UK Distance Selling v Consumer Contracts Regulations

I was checking my Ts and Cs and on my site it says 7 days cooling of and we adhere to the Distance selling regs.
I knew we have to give 14 days, but I did not know that Distance selling has been superseded byConsumer Contracts Regs.
I am a bit surprised that Sellerdeck templates have not taken this into account and this sorts out at upgrade. Or should it?

Hi Steve. The boilerplate text in recent versions of Sellerdeck Desktop does say 14 days. But that's really just provided as a starting point for new sites. Most users customise the text to fit their particular business practices, or replace it completely. So it wouldn't really be safe for the software to change the content on upgrade.
