Contact Us Form

I am probably missing something really simple here, but I cannot work out why the Contact Us Form isnt showing on the Contact Us page.

It shows the address but won't show the Contact Us form or Embedded Maps, even though the code is there.

What am I missing?

Fixed this.

You need to insert the ReCaptcha keys to enable it.
