What solution/approach are people taking for privacy policies and cookie consent.

Have seen various options from the simple (which we currently use):

To more complex but comprehensive optiosn like:

Personally, I'd just go for the simple option.

The few people who are worried enough about cookies to care would probably block 3rd party cookies in the browser and make sure they're logged out of social media sites anyway.
