v18.0.4 installation error

I'm trying to install the update to my existing v18.0.3 setup but i'm getting an error and premature quit while attempting to install the C++ upgrade. (Currently 11.0.50.xxx and installing 11.0.6). I get this error log...

Can it be installed manually ?

In answer to my own question, yes you can install it manually. There are two version of the file which end x86 or x64. Use the x86 version.
