Creation of the configuration control for ....

I have started receiving the following error on 18.05

"Creation of the configuration control for Sage Pay failed"

It then aborts the upload.

If I remove Sagepay it just gives an error for the next payment method.

Any ideas?

Solved,

Don't know why but Kaspersky was blocking something.

I did however have to setup all the countries again in each payment method.
