Did I break the Search results layout somewhere?

I think I've broken my search results layout somewhere as the columns and rows aren't displaying properly.

I've no idea what I did to get it like this or when it started. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried reverting the layout to factory settings? Make a copy first in case you need to change back.
