Out of stock message

I have edited my in stock variable, but I would also like an "Out of Stock" message, could anyone please tell me where to look for this or what I need to do. I assume I need to create a variable?

Thank you. I had set to "Display in stock message only" wheras it needs to be Display Stock quantaties.
