one off price change - MOTO

I used to be able to adjust the cost of a product as a one-off during a MOTO order. If I was giving a customer a 'special price'. This option seems now not to be available. I now have to play all sorts of crazy stuff to get the price to the one I quote .. Have I inadvertently switched this option off somehow or is there a different way to adjust this now? .. so if the 'official price' is (say) £200, but for a particular order I want to change this to £185, I use to be able to 'edit' the product and over write the cost.

Any suggestions welcome.

It's a setting in Business Settings > Order Processing > Offline Order Processing. Tick 'Allow Unit Price Override'.
