install issue on new PC (visual c++ not correctly installed)

Trying to install selleredeck 18.12 on another new win 10 pro PC and it crashes saying Visual C++ 2005 SP1 x86 (MFC Security Update) mandatory prerequisite was not correctly installed.

any help appreciated please
