I had the same thing a week or so ago. i Think it went away after a restart or maybe a windows update. I haven't had it since.
I don't think it's a Sellerdeck problem as it was also happening with outlook. (edit: Ignore my Outlook comment , having had this a few times now I can confirm it's only happening with Sellerdeck)
So yesterday it only seemed to be Sellerdeck that was doing it so it's possible I imagined the bit about Outlook.
Oddly (again) everything seems to be back to normal today. I've been running Sellerdeck for over half an hour without any of the 'cgi / fast cgi has stopped working' notices (and when it was a problem I'd typically get 3-4 of the messages before Sellerdeck was fully loaded).
Hi, I'm having the same problem on a Windows 10 machine which is fully updated and running sellerdeck version 18.1.2 VIWC. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
Oddly, three restarts didn't fix it, but 'shut down' and turning the PC on again did (and always has for me).
Oddly too, even with the messages gone I don't see the application running in Task Manager, so the problem might not be with the application itself but possibly Sellerdeck calling it in error?
And possibly too, as it's located in the 'Extensions' path it might be related to one of the Selerdeck extensions. So if this is a problem for anyone it might be worth disabling any extensions you are running to see if that cures it.

Although having said this I'm not sure I can how to remove or disable an extension...
We are having same problem - Sellerdeck version 18.1.2 VIWC. First appeared around 30th January - nothing in Update History around this time..
Have investigated on 5 PC's - message produced on 4 of them BUT not the only one that does not have Office 365 installed
Mike H. looks to be on right track - the error appears in Event Viewer at start of Sellerdeck only once the "Initialising Extensions" message is shown.
Removing extensions is done from Windows Apps & Features - trying that now
I had this issue about 3 years ago and went through support with it.
Looking back at my ticket I *believed* at the time that it was to do with MS Access drivers. I think I re-ran the SD installation and selected the Repair option. (If you attempt this - and it's never had any unwanted consequences for me - then ensure that you take adequate snapshots beforehand).
