Removing a country as a delivery option.

What is the best way to remove a country from the delivery list?

If I just remove it from my shipping zone will it just default to another zone, or default charge?

Remove the country from the shipping zone and then In the Shipping Configuration Tab (the First Tab) and where it says 'If shipping band not defined' tick the box for 'Do Not allow Shipping'.
