    How do I raise a support now please, the "raise a ticket links" to do so on Sellerdeck site are leading to Page 404 messages.

    Thanks for reporting this. We are having issues with the redirect, which will be solved shortly. We've updated the website and the links now take you to the correct URL which is - https://sellerdeck.atlassian.net/ser...stomer/portals

      Am I going to lose all my previous tickets that were useful for fixes over the years?
      tried setting up an account and signing in but nothing worked

          Hi Ed,

          During our migration over the weekend there were no errors showing lost data. So in theory, you should be able to log in with your previous user name (email address) and just need to reset the password. Your account will then have all historical tickets.

          However, I'm asking directly about your account to double check.

          I'll let you know as soon as I have an answer.

            It accepted my email and said one was sent with a link to verify but no email arrived

                Glad to hear. It looks like there was a delay in the historical tickets being shown on users accounts.

                Based on what we know today, there shouldn't be any issues.
