Stylesheet problem after upgrade

I have upgraded to V18 using the Swift Template.
Initially had issues getting the site to upload but Host-It provided some help and has now uploaded


Although it is not a finished site and requires a lot of work the live site (ordering suspended) looks nothing like it does not my desktop so think it might not be using the ccrrect stylesheet

Any advise how I can check
If I use a FTP Client I see only one file in the CSS folder called style.css and dated last July rather than today

Have you done a full refresh?

Is there a CDN on Host-Its' web hosting provision?
