I have got the error message attached when downloading orders Today, it then crashes and needs a restart, I have simple tax and simple shipping and have not made any changes - any ideas please?

Hi Ed. I don’t know of any specific reason why this may be happening. However, there was one occasion I found an issue with opening SD, which said a file was missing, which occurred because my antivirus program had for some reason quarantined (and I think actually deleted) that file. It may be worth checking to see if any files have been quarantined, as it can be put right by simply putting a backup copy of that file back in the correct directory. -
Thank you, nothing in the quarantine but one to remember for sure.
Restarting sellerdeck allowed me to download but it had a fit saying it was ignoring duplicate orders. Then it has the error again on the next order.
I have a continuing problem since going to paypal commerce with non UK orders despite taking every step to avoid, they still try and this happened immediately after several attempts from Dubai and they managed to create an account.
I deleted the orders and account then purged. So far no error this morning but too soon to say it was that.Comment
