Can't start Sellerdeck - Administrator password issue

I have turned on Sellerdeck this morning and get this message

"Log on is disabled however Sellerdeck needs to log in silently as user Administrator but is unable to do so

This can happen if the Administrator password was changed or if the user Administrator has been removed

Contact your Sellerdeck reseller or Sellerdeck Support as appropriate"

Any idea what I need to do to fix this on a Windows 10 PC
I am unaware of any changes and was working last night
It's just a stand alone PC with no windows login set

Check firewall and any antivirus isn't blocking it, have you got a different Internet connection to try, even hotspot a phone.
Restart pc to, I am sure I have had this in the past but cannot remember the exact cause.

Restarting the sync server often resolves this error.

With the Sellerdeck software closed, go to the Windows search bar and enter 'Services', and click on 'Services' when it appears in the list.

In the program that opens, look down the list until you see: -

      Sellerdeck Synchronization Server v18

      and select it.

You should see a little panel appear with 'Stop the service' and 'Restart the service' on it, click 'Stop' link and wait until the service has completely stopped, then click the 'Start' link to re-start the service.

If it's Sync Server... also check there's only 1 running
(I was migrating from 1 domain to another domain and somehow the new network SD clients were finding the Sync Server on the old network...)

If there was more than 1... then also check the database for the correct IP for the sync server
        - mine's in the "SetupInfo" table, under "nID"=247
