    FREQUENT CRASHING especially when printing since upgrade

    Anyone else experiencing FREQUENT CRASHING especially when printing since upgrade ?

    We have been through everything we can think of.

    Does not effect all machines.

    Can't see any pattern. Some newer machines work, some don't. Some older machines work some don't.

    Simply printing an order or invoice will just makes the software disappear.

    Any thoughts useful.

    Not sure if this helps but we experienced frequent crashing on start up and scrolling through orders after upgrading to V18.2.2 and eventually raised a support ticket to get it resolved.
    The crash reports were failing to get reported back to Sellerdeck, however, they were logged in the directory below:
    C:\Users{user}\AppData\Local\CrashRpt\UnsentCrashReports
    After further investigation SD Support advised there was a bug in V18.2.2 that had been fixed in V18.2.3 and because we were not prepared to upgrade to V18.2.3 at this time they suggested a work round to try was to load a reasonable number of orders and reduce the number of columns displayed.
    We reduced the number of orders displayed to 365 days and this seems to have fixed the problem for the past 4/5 weeks.
