I may be wrong about this. I've only had one issue since reverting to 18.2.2, and having now spoken to the customer I think there's a chance it was finger trouble at his end (i.e. not pressing Confirm Order). He had a similar problem with the PayPal invoice I sent him!

So maybe it is just 18.2.3?
I think perhaps so as we have not experienced any real problem issues with v18.2.2 other than with a customer using a wrong telephone number failing verification like that described in the earlier post.
