Using sellerdeck link for other program csv's

Hi, wondering has anyone used sellerdeck link to import csv's into sage accounts by dropping csv's into the sellerdeck link source folder? I can get as far as link saying that files are ready to process but then I get the error message below. Any pointers appreciated

It looks as if Microsoft have a tool called spreadsheet compare that will compare two spreadsheets and highlight the differences. That might help you.

Mind you, I guess that requires two identical files.

The first error seems to be saying your file is tab delimited and should be comma delimited. If you can't change this in your external application the you should be able to open it in excel and save it as comma delimited.

I've no idea what the second error is. Maybe look at a genuine sellerdeck file and look for something sellerdeck related. It could be a sellerdeck version message or something similar and add that to your external file..
