Publish to web is not working via Sellerdeck - network error showing

I hope you are all well. I am having an issue with publishing changes to our Sellerdeck site to the web. This suddenly started about a week ago. We had not made any changes to the settings when it started.
Hosting is with IONOS, Unix dedicated server

When connecting via Port 21 (we have used the same options for several years without issue), I get the message:
    "An FTP error occurred: -
Request: ->Opening connection to home101574753.1and1-data.host on port 21"

    Error: login failure.

If I try changing to port 22, I get a different error message:
    "An FTP error occurred: -
Request: ->Opening connection to home101574753.1and1-data.host on port 22

Error: Connected, but failed to receive greeting from FTP server."

If I connect using Filezilla via SSH SFTP using the same login details, I am able to connect

If anyone can help me understand how to fix this in Sellerdeck / what the issue might be, I would be very grateful.

    Thank you!

Have you got any antivirus software that might have updated?
Could you disable it and try to publish it?

For ages IONOS has been threatening to disable open FTP for server access. I suspect they've updated something on your dedicated server that enforces it.

      Using bitvise works for me:

Thank you - we use ESET antivirus - I tried disabling and still got the same result. Thank you for the suggestion!
