    GFS - sending to Ireland

    Is anyone using GFS to make Royal Mail labels. Are you able to send stuff to IRELAND ?

    Everything we send to Ireland is later returned, "CN22 Required" label stuck OVER THE TOP of the CN22 that we have applied to the packet.

    So, they say we need a CN22 even though one is on the packet.

    Does anyone have any experience of successfully sending to Ireland via GFS / Sellerdeck. I feel I am in a Sellerdeck.-GFS sandwich as clearly neither system is setup to talk to the other one properly for sending stuff to Ireland.

    Any info useful. Cheers.

    GFS = We've never tried this with Sellerdeck (we use the Royal Mail Click and Drop with their Desktop App, it auto uploads a detected csv file in a folder)

    Ireland = no problems.

    So far this year, just one from Romania with all the right documentation, customer advised this:

    This package from February, will be returned to you, due to bad custom services, from Romania. No forwarding agency want to work with the Romanian post services. So the custom department decide to return the package.
    Most problems in the past we have are with packages to Romania, not many now... just this recent one.

    I remember one was returned because the Country of Origin statement was not = their translated version, even though the meaning was 100% correct.
    - Maybe double check the CN22... does it have all the correct/required information?
