Payment Service Provider authorisaion downloaded - no matching order found in SD

This is the full message the client is getting:

    Code:
A Payment Service Provider authorisaion was downloaded for order 'DM49JT10000322, but no matching order was found in Sellerdeck. It is most likely that an order was placed and authorised while Sellerdeck has been downloading the new orders from the website (but there may be other reasons).

We strongly recommend you restart downloading orders (ie Press 'Yes' below.)

If this warning has occurred for the same order number in successive downloads you may have a problem with this order on your website. Press 'No' and follow the instructions. Details of the authorisaion will be given and you will be give the option of deleting it from the website and continuing to download authorisations or restarting order download.
Something about ORDX files rings a bell. Do you delete or rename ORDX files to fix this sort of issue?

    Thank you!

I remember you have to answer the questions in a certain pattern and the order file for that order in acatalog changes from *.ord to *.ordx
    - I guess you can rename it manually by ftp to the acatalog folder (or delete that file)
    - if the order numbers are XYZ123 the order file will be XYZ123.ord

Thank you - I now have ftp and there are
      - eight session files
      - no .ord or .ordx files
      and
      - seven .occ files including this one
      - DM49JT10000322_00.occ
The same number as the error.

      Can we rename it
      DM49JT10000322_00.occ.BAK to unblock the system?

      Thank you!

Renaming .occ to ,occx fixes the issue.

Several .occ files are dated some time in the past.so as these are likely to cause trouble I renamed all those .occx
