    I don't think it's particularly odd, but I do think that there has been some misunderstanding.

    I think that Vendula means the PC running Actinic when she says server, not the server running the site because that one is unlikely to run out of battery and switch off.

    It's likely that the database is becoming corrupt and orders are being lost that way or that PC crashes and a backup is loaded.

    I think some clarification is required.
