I had an email on the 14th re the release (support contract), had download link and new key within 2 hours, very pleased with the service.

I only got the email today Lee, so i would guess its on its way? but i selected the v10.01 not the v10 (Doh!) so i probably wont be getting mine for awhile

I just rung up and there's a recorded message about it and a web address provided where you have to go to register for it. Like you i have asked for 10.0.1 though, just presumed that was the latest version, doh.

i did the same and sent an email requesting the 10.0.0 version, they got back very quickly to sort it out for me

I have always been a critic of the way new releases have been handled and the problem with license keys.

But i can honestly say this time the email and online request has made all this alot better

Im sure your get the email soon enough, i dont know how many cover customer Actinic have but they are staggering the emails and license keys so they can continue to support other areas.

Now you can use the product under the trial and when you get you key ad it to the authorise field and thats it done.

You have to go to the upgrade store and order a key because you are not purchasing v10 in addition to v9 but rather upgrading your v9 to v10. A key won't be sent unless you order it.

I have been to the upgrade page http://www.actinic.co.uk/ecommerce-s.../upgrades.html but where do I go to order a v10 key? It mentions the free upgrades for support customers but does not appear to include a link to upgrade.
I am looking on my iPhone so maybe I am missing something obvious
