Hi everyone,

No matter what I seem to do I cannot get the Recently Viewed Products to work.

It does not show up locally or when uploaded.

I also cannot see it appearing in Design View.

All of the necessary check boxes have been ticked in Marketing|Recently Viewed Products.

Anyone else having the same problem?

The list won't display if there's nothing to show. Products aren't saved for showing if they don't have an image.

Whether you use the Product, Thumbnail or Extended Info images is chosen via Settings / Site Options / Layout / Recent Products / Save Recent Products.

Make sure that the setting there matches the type of images you use.

Assuming that Steves site is acaciamasonic.com then he has a different problem. There's a PHP parse error when the recent product code is trying to save the details of the displayed product to the cookie. This is something to do with unusual text in the product price.

Steve, can you tell us what layout you're using for the product price?

Have you modfied the code in layouts Product Price Including Tax or Product Price Excluding Tax?

The only thing I can think of is that I am using Dynamic Currency Converter and that somehow is affecting it?

I am going to disable it and refresh to see if that does it.

Just checked Norman, I had modified the Product Prices (both) - have now reverted back to Factory Settings - just uploading ......

Well done Norman and many thanks - It was the modified Product Prices Layout that was causing the problem.
