Are Actinic sites still built on perl?

I run a design agency and have a php and a .net developer

I am looking for an ecommerce solution....

Also looking for some way to manage some auto sites that use drop shippers.

Can actinic manage that?

So say I have 70 products spread over 3 drop shippers is there a way to tell actinic which drop shipper it is and email them automactically?
