No of Products in List Not Changeable

On all of my v8, v9 and v10 sites since going onto Windows 7 I can't seem to change the marketing configurations such as 'No of Products in List', 'Number of Days Product Considered New' or in fact any other field in the New Products or Best Sellers setup. All I can change are the products themselves and lock them. Also Bought and Related Products seem ok.

Has anyone else got this problem and is there a work around or fix?

I have found a work around (thought I had seen it on the forum before). Using the tab key to get focus works but not clicking with the mouse.

This must be an Actinic issue though as it only happens in Actinic - no other program has a similar issue. Is this ankowledged as an Actinic bug?

I had this problem a long time ago with vista, unfortunately i cant remember what it was that fixed it. I think it was actually a reinstall of everything.

But i have not seen it on windows 7 (yet)

Hi Everyone,

I too am having the same problem since upgrading to V10. I am unable to edit any of the 'number' fields in Best Sellers/New Products etc., using the mouse.

Actinic are looking at this problem.

However, using the tab key works fine.
