Resetting Checkout Pages To Factory Default Not Working

I am having problems resetting my checkout pages back to the factory default

when i open the library and go to order 00 bulk area layout it is marked as user edited, so i right click and select revert to factory default and this does not work, i get no error message either.

This also happens with the others aswell 01 02 e.t.c but other layouts have reverted back without any problems

Can anyone confirm if they have had the same problems?

Aslo why im at it how do i delete old layouts from the library, i mean onces from version 8 - i dont use them but i cant delete them either some points would be greatfully recieved

I have just done a compact and repair with access and it seem to work. Probably a long standing problem in my DB

So looking good now

Any ideas how i get rid of all the old crap being dragged over from previous versions?
