Error When Editing Products

Hi

Since upgrading to V10. I some time get an error message when editing products.

It mainly only come up when I am changing/adding a image or changing the Ref number. It only does it some times.
If you click OK and then redo what you did it works fine.

Has any one else seen this message or know why this might happen?

I have not seen it (but only run short trial so far). It's an old answer I know but have you compacted the database recently? as this looks like an error in the catalogue database & compacting can fix quite a few of these funny messages.

Thanks for your reply. We compact the database every time we shut down actinic and that is every day and some times more.
