Coding error on checking for Fragment text in Headline Fragment Layout Template

Within the Headline Fragment Layout Template I use a block to check if the Fragment text exists and if it does, it displays the fragment text with some styling around it.

This displays as I want it to on the site but when I try to upload the site it tells me that I have a coding error.

Is this a bug or me using it incorrectly
    Regards

What does the coding error say and where in the code does it point you to?

I had this yesterday also, perfectly working condition in v9 causing coding errors in v10, i think this is a bug IMO. Mine was also on the fragment text variable, just a simple check seeing if it has been filled out or not.

When you upload the site it says "There are 1 coding error(s). Would you like to see the errors now (stops the current process)?

If you say yes it takes you to the Headline Fragment Layout Template.

If I run Check Coding Errors under the Design tab it does not report any errors.

If I remove the block it uploads without any errors.

What's the best way to report bugs (never sure of this)?

There seems to be quite a fair few bugs still in v10 that were previously in v9 which is very disappointing.

Sounds like the same problem i was having, it doesn't like a condition that is perfectly fine. I think getsatisfaction site is the place to report.

I've also encountered some v9 bugs, particularly today, hopefully they're on the list to be sorted in the first few maintenace releases. DMPs, double selectors and 'revert to factory standard' in design library not working have bitten me today.
