Extended Info and Adding to Cart

When I add an item to my cart from the Extended Popup window, the cart "confirm" page comes up in the same popup. It works but whatever I do from there I'm now in the new popup window. I've been scratching my head over this one!
What I would like is when the add to cart button is clicked the process comes up in the parent window. Not sure how to do this. Probably something simple again (like my Checkout problem, now resolved).
I think Actinic 10 is brilliant by the way. I'm really enjoying working with it.

Change (site options) your extended information pages so they open in same window, not a pop-up page is one option.

I really would like to use the poupup window if possible.

Interestingly, I recently upgraded from V7 to V10 and the difference is fantastic.

In v7 I was using Norman's Upsell add-on which worked like a dream. When you clicked the Related Product link, the popup came straight up and contained the related product, and the add to cart button updated the cart in the parent window.

In V10, when you click the related product, it takes you to that product in the relevant section which of course you have to click to see the details.

I loved Norman's script and would really like the Related Products link to work in the same way if possible.

Contact him for his related products upsell for v10, i've used it myself, very good. Any website with the meat of it's information held on pop-ups is making a big mistake imo and one you should certainly at least have a think about.

My Related Products Upsell has been extended and works on V10 as well as earlier versions.

It now opens the "pop-up" not in a separate window but in a Lightbox like effect.

Note that you can consolidate the related items from all the products on the page and display them in a sidebar if required.

Your demo is perfect Norman just what I want. I presume it is the software called "Lightbox" although it doesn't say anything about Related Products?

Any website with the meat of it's information held on pop-ups is making a big mistake imo and one you should certainly at least have a think about.
