Add to Cart bounce page error

When I confirm add to cart using the "add to Cart" button on any extended info page the site bounces to an error page with the following message example:
Not Found - The requested URL /acatalog/info_flx102.html/ was not found on this server. The file name is always that of the extended info page. It should simply go back to the product I was looking at or at least the section I was in. Can anyone shed some light on this? Just can't seem to figure out what to do??

It's customised. Recently added Norman's Related Products Lightbox. I've only been working with it for about a week. I have it up and running on a test domain here - http://www.majinternational.com/acatalog/. I have removed the add to cart button from the extended info window for now. Perhaps I should try clearing cookies and then doing a complete refresh.
