Feefo support and bug reporting in general

Can you clarify how feefo support will be done - I have issues with it but mostly to do with the feefo side of things not the Actinic side. I have contacted feefo but was told to contact Actinic.

Also is there a place to report bugs now that getSatisfaction is closed?

As an example, the issue I was to try to resolve today is that the feefo feedback requests are going into people's spam folders.
