Lineup issue with Checkout Page 0 within the Silver Theme?

Is there a known line up issue with Checkout Page 0 within the Silver Theme?

On IE8 the Invoice Address floats to the right hand side of the page whilst under FF, IE7, Opera, Chrome, Safari it correctly floats to the left hand side.

This appears to be working now. It appears that my client has been into the design text option and removed some of the options he had displayed. I'll pop a couple of them back in to see if I can replicate this again.
