Google base help

I am trying to improve my google base search. I have problems lisiting items (Not all items are getting listed) and also some items listed do not appear on google base even after 14days.

is there any recent help threads?
is there anyone can help in achieving top listings?
Is there a list of "must do" to achieve good results?

14 days isn't actually very long, google often take a while over listing items, sometimes adding them in chunks over a few weeks the first time you list them. Other than that I would suggest adding as much information to the feed as you can. The better the information is then the better listing you can expect to get. You can also contact google base support and ask them why your items are being listed them might be able to give you a reason.

Some characters are often invalid, I have had a few that I cant find but some were simply including various things like bullett points and so on..
