Business Multi-site bug

I have just installed the latest 10.01 Business Multi-site.

I can import any snapshot into the existing site 1 folder but when I try to license a new site a serious error occurs, see image.

Is anyone else having this problem?

No payment methods set up at all.

This is a new install and just trying to add an additional site.
