    Just downloaded latest patch

    but now Actinic won't open for me.

    I am presented with a log on box with the user name filled in as administrator and asking me for a pass word

    Not had this before, ever, so no idea what to do

    What you need to do is type the words "administrator" and "password" without the quotes into the search box on the top right of this page and then click search

        If you've not changed it yourself then the password is the exact same as the username, usually 'Administrator'. It can be switched on and off in business settings > options, there's a tickbox.

              Also had this reported this afternoon.


              Error: There was a problem with some information in the online shop so we cannot take your order. Please contact the shop owner with this information so that they can rectify the problem. Details: The version number (27) of one of your uploaded data files (Setup blob) is incompatible with the existing script version (25). Solution: Refresh the site.

              We have refreshed the site and unfortunately it has not rectified the error.

              Also SEARCHED it Darren, no matches found........ Ho hum indeed.

                  Yes, tried all of that, but I have been unable to sort it, otherwise I wouldn't post here and have "developers" throwing rocks.

                  We have multi-site cover, so we will place the issue with support.

                    I'm not a developer.

                    But I would say that your site is well and truly borked.

                    Layout broken in FF by your mailing list form.

                      Did you try website purge and refresh in Help > Troubleshooting? It's a bit more thorough than just a website refresh. Read up on it before trying it because it wipes any script changes.

                      otherwise I wouldn't post here and have "developers" throwing rocks

                            No, as I said, passing it over to support, as you probably gather well out of my depth.
                            The site is accepting orders, but the error message highlighted above in red has been reported to me by 3 people as of now,
                            I can place an order, as normal, when the patch was installed I tested it and all was well, hence I knew nothing about it untill I was telephoned. So the message "There was a problem with some information in the online shop so we cannot take your order." is not 100%

                            I can only see the error message by clicking the "contact us" button.

                            Also clicking the "terms and conditions" reveals that the headings are there, but the text is not ( I am guessing this is why it is saying some information is missing etc") also goes to show the two customers who used the site today ticked the box but didn't read the T+Cs!

                            So my issue would appear to be contained with in the top navigation bar?

                              I am not sure what you want me to say?

                              The screen shot I posted is what I am seeing and have done for the last three years or so, you brought my attention to what you are seeing and I thanked you, I don't recall ever being told before. I am not aware of saying or implying anything else?

                              The guy who designed the site is a regular on here, I will draw his attention to your post.
