I now have Feefo up and running but due to an error when installing I requested feedback the last 3 months of orders, it failed the first time I tried it (could not login to Feefo server).
I can now connect to the Feefo server and I need to re-request feedback from the last 3 months of orders but Actinic thinks that the request has areday been made for these order and will not request it again.
What can I do to "unflag" these orders so I can repeat the process?
