FeeFo - what are your thoughts

I am considering using FeeFo for my site www.petdispensary.co.uk, just would appreciate any comments good or bad about how this is working for others.

I have been using FEEFO with Actinic for several months now and I am disappointed by the level of response.

I believe one factor is the timing of Feefo Feedback reqeests sent to customers.

Feedback requests sent mid morning seem to be getting better response to those sent...

The Feefo option in Actinic is great and the independence of the feedback control is definitely in the interests of shoppers ( and quality sellers).

I only have one major gripe - Orders are sent to Feefo whenever new orders are downloaded (in my case, first thing in the morning each day...

I now have Feefo up and running but due to an error when installing I requested feedback the last 3 months of orders, it failed the first time I tried it (could not login to Feefo server).

I can now connect to the Feefo server and I need to re-request feedback from the last 3 months of...

Having eventually got Feefo working by myself (which was not straightforward due to relevant information being available from a variety of sources and an apparent lack of knowledge of Feefo by support staff), I have a remaining problem.
