Registration period 2 weeks?

We have just upgraded to V10 and noticed that in the email we recieved when upgrading it is asking us to wait 2 weeks for the new key?
Is that still the case?

If you need it sooner then you could call sales who may be able to speed it up for you.

I guess using evaluate wont harm for now, seems to take a long time to pull in saved snapshots though!
