SPP Section Add to Cart Button & stock

Apologies if this is already detailed somewhere, but I can’t find it....
I can’t afford Code paths SPP plug-in at present and wanted to start using SPP as it appears to be the thing to do.
I can set up the structure fine (that’s simple), and after playing about with the section layout drop downs, I can’t seem to find how to have either an “add to cart button”, or, less importantly, a Stock Count.
The V10 advanced guide has a recommendation about using the “More Information” button to open in the same window, but I don’t think that is the same thing, is it?
Is there a proper tutorial anywhere for SPP detailing how to have an ’add to cart button’ on the Product Section as well as the product. Stock would be a bonus but not imperative.

The AUG is the best place for that, it provides the basic SPP code, you then format it to suit your own needs, but start with their offering.

Ahhh. Page.33! I completely missed that in the AUG index and went to page 83, which is the extended info method.

I have followed the advanced user guide, and this works.

However, I currently have orders suspenbded on my site. The AUG fix shows the add to cart button. Does this mean the custoemr can order the porduct even though the other products (without SPP)) have the add to cart button hidden?
